Fundation
Floors, foundations and all supports are made of reinforced concrete.
Wall
15 - 20 cm concrete block filled with concrete.
Outer and inner walls are made of 8“ or 10“ concrete blocks with reinforced concrete rods in sandwich construction, bundled and held with anchored concrete rings for static considerations.
Plaster
2.5 cm thick
Ceilings / Roof
12 - 14 cm reinforced concrete.
Concrete Reinforcement
Anchored concrete rings for static considerations.
Roof
The roof construction is of reinforced concrete. The pitch of the roof and the eaves are in line with the project outline. All roofing is laid with asphalt mats and on top Venezuelan tiles.
Bathrooms and Toilets
The bathrooms and toilets are fitted according to the project outline. The basins are made of crystal porcelain with chrome plated fittings. Quality shower cabin.
Tubes
Flexible high pressure tubes.
Plumbing
Flexible polyethylen high pressure tubes in casing pipes with distribution register, highpressure-wastewater pipes. |
