Once the contact is made, your home will be completed quickly. For a 200 m² / 2153 sq. feet villa on 2 floors and 60 m² / 646 sq. feet pool we need under normal conditions 5 month.

All of our constructions are suitable for tropical climate. Together, with our English-speaking architect we will design your dream home to the smallest detail. Full architectural plans cost 4% of the construction costs.

We offer 8 different sized Villas with pool, kitchen, parking place, landscaped garden, at fixed prices starting at 110,000.00 US $ “Ready to move in“.

We can assist you in the construction of hotels, apartment buildings and commercial properties in general.

Pool: If you like high end pool designs or special pools like infinity pool, or pool with integrated jacuzzi or waterfall(s), we will contract our professional English pool designer.

Garden: Our professional Swiss gardener can design all kinds of gardens.
