We are a team of friends, following the idea that even the small, the simple or the non-expensive home not obligatory has to be of POOR QUALITY, in BAD or NON FUNCTIONAL DESIGN, or to express it in the hardest words: ugly!

We are inspired by the mediterranean design of Villas like you can find in Italy, France and Spain. Also we found a couple of nice designs in the United States.

Our 2 GERMAN BUILDERS are looking back of almost 40 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in building homes.

The magic word is SUPERVISION.

THE BUILDER HIMSELF HAS TO CONTROL EVERY STEP OF THE CONSTRUCTION to garanty the costumer the highest quality.

Our builders are ALL DAY LONG on the construction site.
